• "Account" refers to the unique registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the KS99 registration process.
• "User" / "Player" refers to any individual who has registered and/or is accessing the Platform for the purpose of using its gambling and betting services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held in a User's KS99 account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a User's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wager turnover a Player must accumulate before Bonus Balance funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x).
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method, required by KS99 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Eligible Payment Methods" refers to the Malaysian payment channels supported by KS99, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the sole transactional currency of the KS99 Platform.
• "Prohibited User" refers to any individual who is ineligible to register or use the Platform pursuant to Section 4 of these Terms.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or using any of KS99's services, you expressly confirm and warrant that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game-Specific Rules;
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own accord for entertainment purposes;
3. You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform;
4. All information provided by you during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete;
5. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds deposited into your Account are owned by you and are not proceeds of unlawful activity.

The following eligibility conditions are mandatory. KS99 reserves the absolute right to verify compliance at any time. Users who do not satisfy all of the below criteria are classified as Prohibited Users and must not register or use the Platform.

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any gambling or betting service on the KS99 Platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum age requirement applicable to all Users, irrespective of jurisdiction. KS99 employs robust age verification procedures and will immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21. Any funds in such an Account will be forfeited and returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible.

4.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where access is permitted under the KS99 operating licence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Registering from a restricted jurisdiction constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual natural person may maintain only one (1) active Account on the KS99 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds.

4.4 Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not register or use the Platform if you have been declared legally incompetent or if a court of competent jurisdiction has imposed restrictions on your ability to enter into legally binding agreements.

4.5 Self-Exclusion Status

If you have voluntarily self-excluded from the KS99 Platform, or from any other gambling operator through a programme that KS99 participates in, you are not permitted to re-register or use the Platform for the duration of your self-exclusion period.

To access real money gaming on KS99, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

5.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. KS99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

All registration information must be truthful and accurately reflect your legal identity. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration — including misrepresentation of your age, identity, or residential address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5.3 Account Updates

You must promptly notify KS99 of any changes to the personal information held on your Account. This can be done through Account Settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat.

KS99 is required under its operating licence and applicable anti-money laundering obligations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") on all User Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

6.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid international passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the e-wallet (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) or bank account (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) used for deposits.

6.2 Verification Timeline

KS99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete standard KYC reviews within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. Complex reviews may take longer. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

6.3 Right to Request Additional Documentation

KS99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in the case of large or unusual transactions, suspected fraud, or upon instruction from regulatory authorities.

KS99 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods:

7.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• KS99 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which KS99 accepts no responsibility.
• KS99 reserves the right to request verification of deposit source in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account and applied to active wagering. Contact support immediately if an error occurs before wagering commences.

KS99 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Users.

8.1 Eligibility Conditions

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal of Bonus Balance funds.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed the applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits set for your account tier.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must, where possible, correspond to the method used for the most recent deposit (consistent payment method policy).

8.2 Processing Timeframes

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow: Typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• FPX and bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Cryptocurrency: Variable, subject to network congestion. Typically 15 minutes to 2 hours.

8.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all payment methods unless otherwise specified in current platform documentation.

8.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

KS99 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC requirements have not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion; (c) the request is subject to an active security review; or (d) there is an unresolved dispute regarding the Account. In all such cases, KS99 will inform the affected Player and endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

KS99 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, referral bonuses, and time-limited special promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who have met eligibility criteria as specified in the promotion terms, including minimum deposit thresholds and account verification requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• KS99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only the winnings generated from wagering activity that satisfies the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

9.2 Wagering Contribution

Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirement fulfilment. Live casino table games and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%), while slot games typically contribute 100%. 9.3 Bonus Abuse

KS99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched wagering, low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, and collusion between Players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings permanently forfeited and may be subject to permanent suspension.

All games available on the KS99 Platform are supplied by licensed international game studios and are subject to regular independent testing and certification for fairness and random outcome generation.

10.1 Random Number Generation

All outcomes of non-live casino games (including but not limited to slot games, instant win games, and virtual table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. KS99 does not manipulate outcomes or results in any manner. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

10.2 Game-Specific Rules

Game-specific rules are published within each individual game interface and by the respective game studio. In the event of technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round shall be void and the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's account. KS99 will not honour payouts resulting from clearly erroneous game displays, software bugs, or communication failures.

10.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, La Liga), UFC, and esports, are subject to separate sports betting rules published on the Platform. KS99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend markets in the event of data errors, incomplete events, or match integrity concerns.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension and legal action where applicable:

• Accessing or using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, forged, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation;
• Operating multiple Accounts or acting on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that violates sports integrity standards;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using funds on the Platform;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening KS99 staff or other Users.

KS99 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. All Players are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, set strict personal budgets, and never gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

12.1 Available Tools

KS99 provides the following responsible gambling tools, available free of charge to all Account holders:

• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform during a single session.

KS99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software; or use any KS99 trademarks, brand names, or logos without express written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to KS99 (including via support channels) may be used by KS99 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KS99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss.

KS99's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

KS99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. KS99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore services promptly following any interruption.

KS99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a valid chargeback or payment dispute from the User's payment provider;
• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Commencement of self-exclusion by the Account holder.

15.1 Balance on Closure

Where an Account is closed voluntarily by the User with a positive real money balance and no outstanding compliance issues, KS99 will process a withdrawal of the available real money balance to the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings are not withdrawable upon Account closure.

15.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Please note that voluntary closure is not the same as self-exclusion. If you are closing your Account due to gambling-related concerns, we strongly encourage you to apply for self-exclusion instead, as this provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

KS99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file, via an in-platform notification, or by publishing a revised version of these Terms on ks99.cam with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the KS99 international gaming licence jurisdiction. KS99 and the User agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the licence jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

17.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you must first contact KS99 customer support via live chat or email to allow KS99 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. The majority of Player disputes are resolved through this process within two (2) business days.

17.2 Formal Complaints

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter via the formal complaints process outlined in KS99's Customer Complaints Policy, available from the support team on request. KS99 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within fourteen (14) days.
